Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or purchasing an eSIM plan from Roger1, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Roger1 provides data-only eSIM plans that give you access to mobile data in 200+ countries via global roaming. Our plans do not include traditional SMS or voice call services. Calls and messages may be made using VoIP and messenger applications over your data connection. Emergency calls (112/911) are always supported.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address to register.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments are made in cryptocurrency. Prices are displayed in USD equivalents.
  • Payments are non-refundable once an eSIM has been delivered and the QR code revealed.
  • If your eSIM fails to activate due to a fault on our end, we will provide a replacement or credit at our discretion.
  • Wallet balance is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. eSIM Usage

  • eSIM profiles are for personal, single-device use only.
  • eSIM QR codes are one-time-use. Do not attempt to reinstall a used eSIM on another device.
  • Reselling or redistributing eSIM credentials is strictly prohibited.
  • Using our service for illegal activities, spam, or any form of abuse is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Send unsolicited messages or spam.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts our network or that of our partners.
  • Circumvent any access controls or security measures.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Connectivity depends on the availability of roaming partner networks in your location. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party network operators.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roger1 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific plan in question.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
