Everything you need to know about eSIMs, activation, data, and your account.
If you have a modern smartphone, like iPhone XR/XS, Pixel 3 or newer, check if it supports eSIM Technology. If that is the case, then you can instantly connect it to Global Mobile Data network that will provide you with fast and reliable mobile data access in almost any country of the world without any identity verification. No SIM cards, no papers required. The service is completely private and gathers no user data whatsoever. With IDENTITY plans you get a US (+1) or UK (+44) phone number for SMS that can be used for messenger registration, etc. More country codes will be available in future. Incoming calls are also allowed to perform voice call activation. Using a foreign number is much better for your privacy than using a local service. Our services do not include legacy GSM voice calls unless the opposite is explicitly stated. Our Internet gateways are in Europe and Israel, hence you can enjoy unrestricted Internet access in countries that are blocking free access to the Net. Our rates are very reasonable too.
An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM that allows you to activate a cellular plan without a physical SIM card. Scan the QR code on any compatible device to get started.
Yes, the numbers provided with IDENTITY plans are real mobile numbers. Check our FAQ for more details.
Scan the QR code in your dashboard using your phone camera or go to Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan. Your eSIM activates instantly.
With Anonymous eSIM, your actual mobile number is not known to your local mobile network provider, as you are in roaming. Therefore, your adversary cannot collude with your local mobile network provider to run various attacks, that are easy with ordinary mobile subscribers, such as: SimToolKit attack, monitoring subscriber's location, logging subscriber's calls/messages/data sessions. Last but not least, your identity is not linked to the geographical point of purchase of a physical SIM card. Regarding the network privacy, we will never block Tor (or alternatives) and we'll never ask you to look for stoplights.
iPhone XS+, Google Pixel 3+, Samsung Galaxy S20+, and most modern flagships support eSIM. Check your device settings for eSIM compatibility.
Bitcoin is the biggest trust-less cryptocurrency that makes sure you can transact and deal with other parties without nonsensical KYC procedures that do much more harm than good. Hence, by using it for transacting with our customers, we can offer unique zero user identification services.
Go to your dashboard and click Add Funds. We accept Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies through our secure payment gateway.
You can use https://beta.strike.me/download to pay to our Lightning invoices with your bank card. As of the moment of this writing, Strike is available in US only, but is about to start offering its service worldwide.
Yes! eSIMs work globally wherever there is network coverage. Data rates may vary by country. Check our packages for specific coverage details.
The Lightning Network is a modern protocol that allows its users to transact with Bitcoin instantly and inexpensively. Being based on the Bitcoin blockchain it is as trustless as Bitcoin itself but much more private. Caveats? It's a relatively recent development, so don't use it for anything more than you can afford to lose. It requires a Lightning-enabled Bitcoin wallet. We recommend using bluewallet.io
We recommend that you use bluewallet.io mobile Bitcoin and Lightning wallet app (though, there are very good alternatives). There are two very good options to purchase Bitcoin within this app: purchase with card (with KYC) or person-to-person, with escrow (no KYC). Plus, it's a very sophisticated but easy to use app that will make your customer experience flawless, with a choice of both ordinary and Lightning Bitcoin payments. Alternatively, you can use Strike app to pay our bitcoin/lightning invoice with your bank card (KYC).
Now you can pay with Monero (XMR) directly on our website! At checkout, click on the selector in the top right corner to change from Bitcoin (BTC) to Monero (XMR), pay with XMR.
To ensure your connection to the Global Mobile Data network you must switch your Roaming and Data Roaming switches ON. You can find the Roaming Switch in your smartphone Settings.
You might find it difficult to access the Internet in areas with limited mobile coverage or no coverage at all. Try switching locations and make sure you have enough signal bars to connect to 3G or 4G/LTE. You can also try to change the carrier manually. If you are in good coverage and tried everything else, you can always try a full power-down restart and see if that helps.
With latest versions of iOS you can just scan the QR code with your iPhone Camera app. It will ask if you want to install a new plan. With other phones, to scan the QR Code, follow the below steps on your device:
Go to Settings/Connections/Cellular (Mobile) on your phone
Select SIM card manager and Add mobile plan
Tap on Add using QR code
Scan your QR code. A pop up will appear, Add new mobile plan?
Tap on Add
A second pop up will appear, Add new mobile plan?
Tap on OK
Your new data plan will be displayed in your eSIMs list
If you are experiencing issues scanning the QR code or if you have received the QR code on the very same device you wish to install it to, there is another option that will allow you to enter details manually. You will be asked to enter:
1. SM-DP+ Address
2. Activation Code
3. Confirmation Code (if available)
On iPhone go to Settings/Mobile Data/Add Data Plan/Enter Details Manually.
On other phones, look for similar options in Settings/Mobile Network, etc.
Dial *187# in your Phone app and wait for the operator message with your actual balance, phone number and your IMSI number (used to top up your account).
Since our eSIMs are one time use only, you cannot reinstall your eSIM to another phone. You would need to purchase another eSIM and contact us to have your balance and number (if you have one) moved to the new eSIM. For IDENTITY plans you should get a new NO NUMBER eSIM.
Your eSIM can store more than one mobile roaming profile. When you cross a border, eSIM detects that the list of available networks had changed and requests the necessary roaming profile. In rare cases this process may fail. To address this issue, manually switch the existing profiles in your mobile phone via: Settings / Mobile Data / eSIM / SIM Applications > DMI / Settings / Profile.
The SMS and Inbound Voice Call services are provided on eSIM plans to allow for convenient account activation. Voice call and text message reception are sometimes unreliable when you change your roaming network. When you know you are going to receive a registration call or message and it doesn't go through, try switching your carrier network or cellular mode: "3G", "5G Auto", etc.
A +48 number that may show up in your phone settings is an internal ID. Please disregard.
If the eSIM installation process does not progress past the "Checking network info..." stage despite having a stable Internet connection, you may need to dial *#*#4636#*#* and then enable DSDS in the menu that is presented.
